What are the different ways to cash out from your account?

You have three options to withdraw funds from your account:

1. Send Money to Mobile Money​

  • Use our Send Money API endpoint to transfer funds directly to your registered mobile money number (e.g., MTN, Airtel, etc.). This method is fast and typically processed instantly.

2. Request a Manual Liquidation​

  • If you prefer a manual process, you can submit a liquidation request by emailing our accounts team at accounts@relworx.com. This is ideal for larger transactions or special arrangements

3. Send Money to a Bank Account​

  • Use the Product Purchase API endpoint to send funds to a bank account. This option is useful for businesses or users who prefer direct bank transfers

Each method is designed to give you flexibility based on your needs—whether it's speed, manual control, or sending to a bank.
